Panacea Properties was conceived in 2005 in Arizona, founded in 2017 in Colorado, and reorganized in 2025 to flip the script on affordable housing.

How We Operate
Panacea is structured as a Single Purpose Entity (SPE), offering clean ownership and transparency for each project. This model supports strong partnerships with nonprofits, municipalities, and values-aligned investors.
Jason Schneider is a real estate entrepreneur, community advocate, and the driving force behind Panacea Properties, LLC. Based in Aurora, Colorado, Jason brings a fresh approach to real estate development, one rooted in values, mission, and a deep belief that housing should heal, not harm.
After over 20 years in the industry, Jason saw firsthand how traditional flipping models often left communities behind. He launched Panacea with a vision to flip homes and flip the script — restoring affordability, dignity, and community ownership to the housing market.
When he’s not scouting opportunities or collaborating with nonprofits, Jason is a dedicated husband and stay-at-home dad, raising the next generation while building generational solutions.
He also serves on the board of ACDC (Aurora Community Development Corporation), a nonprofit partner in many of Panacea’s co-op and preservation projects.
